Fatin Khalifeh Therapy provides online psychological services — including individual, couples, group, and specialized counseling — delivered via video, voice, or chat. Sessions are conducted in English or Arabic.

Online therapy through Fatin Khalifeh Therapy is not appropriate for psychiatric emergencies or situations involving immediate risk to your safety or the safety of others.

If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services, go to your nearest hospital emergency room, or reach out to a crisis hotline available in your country.

Fatin Khalifeh Therapy does not operate, endorse, or verify these services, and assumes no responsibility or liability for their accuracy, availability, response time, or the outcome of contacting them. Availability and contact details for crisis services may change without notice — please verify current information directly with the relevant organization before relying on it in an emergency.

You are responsible for ensuring reliable internet access, a compatible device, and a private, secure space for sessions. Fatin Khalifeh Therapy is not liable for disruptions caused by your internet connection or device.

While sessions are confidential, there are legal and ethical exceptions — including situations involving risk of harm to yourself or others, or disclosure of abuse — where confidentiality may need to be limited in accordance with professional ethical guidelines (APA/BPS).

Sessions are not recorded by default. Recording by either party requires prior, explicit mutual consent.

• No Refunds
  All payments for sessions are final. Fatin Khalifeh Therapy does not offer refunds for booked sessions, including for cancellations, no-shows, or dissatisfaction with a session.
• Rescheduling
  If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may reschedule to another available date and time at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. To reschedule, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at fatin@fatinkhalifeh.com.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows
  Sessions cancelled with less than [24 hours'] notice, or missed without notice, are considered used and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
• Technical Issues
  In the rare case that a session cannot proceed due to a technical issue on our end (e.g., connectivity failure preventing the session from starting), we will offer a rescheduled session at no additional cost.

Session fees are listed on the My Services page and are payable in advance via PayPal.
